Impact & Insights team for a metropolitan library network
Amsterdam public library network
Challenge
The Amsterdam public library network wanted to make its social impact visible and use those insights in its work.
Solution
Narrate worked there on an interim basis. We built up the Impact & Insights team and set up a data platform with an impact dashboard. We coached the team, carried out impact measurements and wrote the impact reports. We also made a learning environment.
Outcome
More details about this case will follow soon.
