Coaching and guidance is for organisations that want to learn to measure and manage impact themselves. We work in a fixed rhythm that suits you. Every other week, weekly, twice a week or more. We start by mapping your rituals, rhythms and routines, and who needs which impact information, and when. That gives us a backlog of products to work on. From there we build your framework together, including a theory of change. And we develop internal services around impact, so your team can carry on without us. Jeroen coaches you himself and brings in specialists from his network where needed.

Every engagement starts with an impact maturity discovery. You see how impact lives in your organisation, and who needs what information, and when. For smaller assignments it is short and often included.
