Advice, design & prototype is for impact questions of all kinds. An impact strategy, a framework, CSRD, reporting, impact stories for funders and many other products. Advice on its own ends with a report. We take one more step: a prototype. That can be a first version of a dashboard. Or a set of indicators you try out for a quarter. Or a reporting format you test with one funder. So you see whether the advice works before you build it in. Do you then want the work itself done? That is implementation & delivery. We start with the same inventory as always. Your rituals, rhythms and routines, and who needs what information about impact, and when. Jeroen does the work himself and brings in specialists from his network where needed.

Every engagement starts with an impact maturity discovery. You see how impact lives in your organisation, and who needs what information, and when. For smaller assignments it is short and often included.
