Sometimes you have one specific question that needs specialist knowledge. About a method, an indicator, a standard or a choice you are about to make. Jeroen answers it himself. Or he puts together a small panel with specialists from his network, when the question needs more perspectives. You get an answer within 3 days. We start by briefly exploring the context of your question, so the answer fits your situation. You pay per question.

Every engagement starts with an impact maturity discovery. You see how impact lives in your organisation, and who needs what information, and when. For smaller assignments it is short and often included.
