    Result within a week

    Rapid response

A result within a week, when it can’t wait

Rapid response is for when you need a result within a week. A report that has to go out, or a claim that is being questioned. A funder who wants answers, or a situation that is getting out of hand. The first 48 hours focus on preventing things from getting worse. After that we work towards the result you need. What we deliver, and what it costs, depends on your question. Here too we start by quickly working out who needs what information, and when. Jeroen picks this up himself and brings in specialists from his network where needed.

Every engagement starts with an impact maturity discovery. You see how impact lives in your organisation, and who needs what information, and when. For smaller assignments it is short and often included.
