A keynote, a lecture or a well-led conversation about impact

Helps with

- [Discovery](https://narrate.works/impact-management#discover)
- [Engagement](https://narrate.works/impact-management#engage)

Jeroen speaks about impact management in the light of other disciplines, such as service design, product development, learning design and standard-setting. That can take three forms. A keynote opens or closes your event: short, energetic and made for a broad audience. A lecture goes deeper, for example into a theory of change, indicators or standards. There is room for questions. In a panel or round table Jeroen takes part or leads the conversation. He gives every voice room and keeps the conversation on course. Beforehand we discuss your audience and what you want them to take away. In English or Dutch, on site or online.

Every engagement starts with an impact maturity discovery. You see how impact lives in your organisation, and who needs what information, and when. For smaller assignments it is short and often included.
