Strategic communication helps you tell what you do, what you learn and what you don’t know yet. We start with who needs to know what, and when. Then we make a plan and carry it out together with your team. We use your own numbers and the voices of the people it is about. That way your story holds when someone asks questions. This is part of implementation and delivery: we don’t just write a plan, we also do the work.

Every engagement starts with an impact maturity discovery. You see how impact lives in your organisation, and who needs what information, and when. For smaller assignments it is short and often included.
