An impact team that knows who does what, and when

Helps with

- [Improvement](https://narrate.works/impact-management#improve)
- [Engagement](https://narrate.works/impact-management#engage)

Impact management only works when people know their role. With teams and workflows, we build your impact team with you. We agree who does what, in what rhythm, and how work is handed over. We look at the people you already have and at what is missing. Then we set out roles and tasks and choose the tools. After that, we practise the new way of working in real work. This falls under implementation and delivery. We don’t write a handbook for a drawer. We get the new way of working going with your team.

Every engagement starts with an impact maturity discovery. You see how impact lives in your organisation, and who needs what information, and when. For smaller assignments it is short and often included.
