    Training

Build impact skills in your team, in one day or a short series

    Helps with

Training helps your team work with impact themselves. From the basics of impact management to a theory of change, indicators, data collection and telling your impact story. We build each training around your team and your own material, so people practise on real work. A single training day or a short series are both possible. On location or online, in English or Dutch. For programmes with several initiatives, such as a network, incubator or fund, there are two packages. The training package: a plenary day, plus a 1:1 session with every participating initiative. The dashboard package adds a bespoke impact dashboard prototype for each participant. Want to learn at your own pace? Fabrik, our online academy for impact management, is being tested as a proof of concept.

Every engagement starts with an impact maturity discovery. You see how impact lives in your organisation, and who needs what information, and when. For smaller assignments it is short and often included.
