Work on one concrete impact question, together

Helps with

- [Improvement](https://narrate.works/impact-management#improve)
- [Engagement](https://narrate.works/impact-management#engage)

A workshop brings the right people around the table to work on one concrete question. Sharpening a theory of change, choosing indicators, mapping stakeholders or deciding what to report. We prepare the question with you and guide the session. At the end there is a clear result. Usually half a day or a full day, on location or online, in English or Dutch.

Every engagement starts with an impact maturity discovery. You see how impact lives in your organisation, and who needs what information, and when. For smaller assignments it is short and often included.
