Here you see and control what the site knows about you. Turn measuring and remembering on or off, or have us forget everything.

## Your choices

Measuring

We send what you do to PostHog, on servers in the European Union, and keep it for 14 months. PostHog also records sessions, with every form field unreadable. Google Tag Manager loads for marketing analytics.

Remembering

Your browser remembers your group and interests between visits. This stays in your browser.

Without consent we measure nothing and remember nothing after your visit. Your browser forgets this when you close this tab.

## What we know about you

This is in your browser right now. It only reaches us if you turn measuring on, and then only this summary.

## What we measure, and why

Every measuring point on the site. When one is added, it appears here first.

Your visit4

- page\_view

What: Which page you open.

Why: So we see which pages are read and which are not.

- page\_engaged

What: How long a page was in view and how far you scrolled, in steps of a quarter.

Why: Opening a page is not the same as reading it. This shows what actually lands.

- outbound\_click

What: That you follow a link to another site, and to which domain.

Why: So we know which sources and partners help you further.

- web\_vitals

What: How fast the page loads and responds on your device.

Why: A slow site shuts people out.

Who you are and what you look for6

- org\_search\_selected

What: Which group you pick in the homepage search, and what you typed.

Why: So we learn the words people use for their organisation.

- org\_search\_no\_match

What: What you searched for when we found no group, the first 80 characters.

Why: These are the groups we still miss.

- audience\_card\_click

What: Which group tile you click.

Why: So we see which groups visit the site.

- audience\_landing\_view

What: Which group page you open.

Why: So we know whether the page for your group gets found.

- quiz\_completed

What: Your answers in the short questionnaire about your organisation: sector, driver, priority and urgency.

Why: So we learn which combinations are common, and the group page adapts.

- menu\_link\_click

What: Which link you choose in the menu.

Why: So we keep the menu short and clear.

From exploring to a conversation8

- planner\_started

What: That you start the collaboration explorer.

Why: So we see how many people want to explore.

- planner\_step\_reached

What: Which step of the explorer you reach.

Why: Where people stop, a question is unclear.

- planner\_completed

What: Which service the explorer recommends to you.

Why: So we test whether the recommendations are right.

- book\_call\_clicked

What: That you click a button to book a call, and where it was.

Why: So we know which place on the site leads to a conversation.

- agenda\_compared

What: That you lay your own agenda next to ours. Not the link and not your times.

Why: So we see if people use this.

- booking\_completed

What: That you booked a call, without date or name.

Why: The end of the path: we judge the whole site by it.

- contact\_form\_submitted

What: That you send the contact form. The content goes to us, not to the measurement.

Why: So we count how many people get in touch.

- newsletter\_subscribed

What: That you sign up for the newsletter, without your address.

Why: So we see which pages lead to a sign-up.

The film4

- film\_started

What: That you start the film.

Why: So we see whether the film draws people in.

- film\_progress

What: Whether you saw a quarter, half or three quarters of the film.

Why: Where people drop off, we make the film better.

- film\_ended

What: That you watched the film to the end.

Why: So we know whether the whole story lands.

- film\_audio\_description

What: That you turn the audio description on or off.

Why: So we know whether people use it, and whether it can be better.

The alphabet soup quiz3

- quiz\_start

What: That you start the quiz, and at which level.

Why: So we see whether the quiz appeals.

- quiz\_question\_answered

What: Whether your answer was right and how long it took.

Why: A question almost nobody gets right, we make clearer.

- quiz\_complete

What: Your score at the end.

Why: So we know whether the quiz is too easy or too hard.

## What we don’t do

- We sell nothing on and show no ads.
- We don’t link what we measure to your name or email address, unless you log in.
- We don’t read along with what you type in forms.
- We suspect nothing you can’t see here.
