    Implementation & delivery

    Interim leadership

An experienced impact lead, for as long as you need one

    Helps with

Interim leadership fills an impact role in your organisation for a set period. For example interim impact manager, head of impact or evaluation coordinator. Jeroen works 1 to 3 days a week, for at least 3 months. He keeps the work moving and makes decisions. And he makes sure the knowledge stays when he leaves. Where needed he brings in specialists from his network. At the start we map who needs what information about impact, and when. So from day one it is clear what the role has to deliver, and for whom.

Every engagement starts with an impact maturity discovery. You see how impact lives in your organisation, and who needs what information, and when. For smaller assignments it is short and often included.
