A framework only helps if it works in daily practice. Implementation & delivery is where the work gets done. We set up data collection, tools, dashboards and processes. That way impact management becomes part of the work. Strategic communication, monitoring and evaluation, teams and workflows, and interim leadership fall under this too. With interim leadership, someone joins your team for 1 to 3 days a week. That is an interim impact manager, head of impact or evaluation coordinator. We also run internal guidance sessions. We help you interpret what the data shows and advise on the choices that follow. An assignment usually takes 2 to 3 months. We start by mapping who needs what information, and when. That way we build what people actually use. Jeroen works with your team himself and brings in specialists from his network where needed.

Every engagement starts with an impact maturity discovery. You see how impact lives in your organisation, and who needs what information, and when. For smaller assignments it is short and often included.
